All site work except asphalt paving provided by Pleasant Land Service.

Scope of work included:
Clearing and grading of the property. Install concrete sidewalks, aprons, curb, and gutter. Install storm drain systems. Design/Build landscape and irrigation. All work performed in accordance with the City of Wilmington and NC DOT specifications.
